General Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of services provided by Ride the Wind Vacations LLC. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ride the Wind Vacations LLC.

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service or package.

• Final payment must be made by the specified due date to secure the booking.

• Prices may fluctuate based on availability, exchange rates, or other factors beyond our control.

           Customers must review the itinerary and other travel documents for accuracy.  The customer is required to inform us promptly of any issues. The names on your documents must match your government-issued ID.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies will be outlined at the time of booking. Please check individual service terms for specific cancellation fees.

• In the event of cancellation by the customer, refunds will be processed according to the relevant policy.

• Cancellations due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government travel restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Bookings

• Any changes to bookings (dates, locations, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

• Changes must be requested in writing and are subject to approval.

Travel Insurance

• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

•   Ride the Wind Vacations LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from a lack of travel insurance.

Customer Responsibility

• The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents (e.g., passports, visas) before the departure date.

• The customer must ensure they meet the requirements for any entry/exit regulations and travel restrictions in the destination country.

• Ride the Wind Vacations LLC  is not liable for any costs arising from failure to comply with these regulations.

Liability

•   Ride the Wind Vacations LLC acts as an intermediary between the customer and third-party service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

• We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, nor for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during the trip.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances affecting the trip (e.g., weather, delays), Ride the Wind Vacations LLC will assist customers in making alternative arrangements where possible.

Force Majeure

• Ride the Wind Vacations LLC is not liable for any failure to perform obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.

Complaints and Disputes

• If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services provided, please notify us immediately so that we can address the issue.

• Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Chester County Pennsylvania and resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our Customer Service policy.

Privacy and Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

• By booking with us, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data for purposes related to the service provided.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions

• Ride the Wind Vacations LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Chester County Pennsylvania and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
